Kissaluvs is a family-owned company dedicated to creating and providing excellent natural family products.  Started by Melanie for her babe “Kissa”, Kissaluvs is now owned by Tashi with help from her children, the spirited 3 year old Sumair and the bouncy 1 yr old Saheb. Fitted Diapers

These diapers come in three sizes and two fabric choices.  The special stretchy fabric and premium elastic makes for an excellent fit on a wide range of body types.  The improved, more absorbent soakers and snap placement have made this a truly ideal fitted diaper.

Measurements are for the cotton fleece diapers; the terry diapers tend to run slightly smaller because of the thicker fabric.  Kissaluvs are designed with a shorter rise in the front than some other diapers to allow them to ride at the waist in the back and between the waist and the hip in the front for a less droopy, more comfortable fit.  Kissaluvs currently come in two fabric choices: Cotton Fleece and Terry/Fleece combo.  All are “green” natural undyed fabric.  The cotton fleece is unmatched for softness, stretchiness, durability and a great, comfortable fit.  Terry is durable and has the boost of extra absorbency for heavy wetters, but is not as soft and stretchy.  The serging thread color is size coded: unbleached for size 0, purple for size 1 and green for size 2. But every once in a while they make some with lovely variegated pastel thread instead.

Remember Fleece is a word that discribes texture not material. This soft snuggly fleece is very absorbent cotton with a touch of polyester in the base for stretchiness and durability. This is not the polyester fleece that covers and stay dry liners are made from. These are fitted diapers and thus need a diaper cover!

Kissaluvs Care Instructions

These diapers do not have microfiber inners like they are currently being made! These have the same great stretchy cotton blend inside and out! A great diaper for a great price!

 

Contour Diapers

These contour (aka, "shaped") diapers give you quality fabrics and terrific fit over a wide size range. They are hourglass shaped with a uniquely sewn-in booster/soaker. An economical alternative to fitted diapers, contours are easy to use ... just lay inside a snug-fitting wrap, and you're all set. What makes these contour diapers so nice? Textured fabrics that help contain poop, uniquely sewn-in soaker/doubler for fast drying time, long wings for room to pin, if you're so inclined,(but be careful because they are made with a thick knitted fabric and pinning or using a Snappi fastener may snag the fabric), a simple, adjustable design that lets you fold down or tuck the front of the diaper to adjust the rise, the same awesome fabrics and colors of Kissaluvs fitted diapers for the quality fabrics and construction you expect from Kissaluvs, in an economical alternative to our luxurious fitted diapers. Our standard contour diapers have two layers of yummy cotton fleece paired with either a sewn-in Booster doubler (size NB/S) or a twice-the-weight Super Soaker doubler (size M/L). Size NB/Sm is for babies approximately 5-20 lbs, size M/L is for babies approximately 15-30 lbs. Color choices include melon, lemon, lime, skyblue and berry (purple.) Kissa's Wool LOVER Diaper Cover

Breathable, Sustainable and Super-soft.

Made with super-soft, minimally processed Australian wool, the Wool Lovers are a perfect, natural and breathable alternative to PUL covers. Sourced from the belly of the sheep (not the top coat which yields stiffer yarn), our wool has extremely fine fiber which helps the cover repel moisture a lot better and reduces the need to lanolize.

Why Wool Covers?

Wool is natural fiber and is breathable. It lets the air circulate which can reduce diaper rash and keep babies cooler. Wool also is naturally anti-bacterial and has a built in ability to hold water.

Wash/Care
Caring for wool is really easy. It doesn’t retain odor and the covers can be used for 2-3 weeks between washes, unless soiled. Simply air-dry by turning inside out in between uses.

Washing/drying: Simply soak the cover in cold water for 15 minutes with wool wash detergent (like Eucalan). Do not scrub or agitate. Lay flat to dry (after rolling in a towel and gently squeezing to remove excess water). For stain removal, lay flat in the sun.

Storage
Before storing away, wash the cover thoroughly without lanolizing. Do not fold and put between clothes. Hang it or spread it on the top of other clothes. If WL is pressed for a long time, it may get a bit stiffer like other finer wools.

 

 

Doublers

 

Kissaluvs doublers are an absorbent combo of Kissaluvs’s special cotton fleece/terry combo. 
Booster Doublers- Nicely absorbent without excessive bulk, these doublers are one layer of unbleached knit terry, another of soft cotton fleece (color indicates fleece color) and slightly tapered for easy fit between baby's legs. They fit in any size diaper, perfect for Kissaluvs size 0! They are 11" long, 4" at widest point.
Super Soaker Doublers-Now thirstier than ever! Diaper doubler royalty ... thick, absorbent, soft two layers of hearty unbleached knit terry with a third layer of soft and absorbent cotton fleece. Twice the weight (and absorbency) of our Booster Doubler they are slightly tapered for easy fit between baby's legs. They measure 12-1/2" long, 5" at widest point.

Wipes

Awesome Knit Terry or Organic Wipes

Cloth wipes are inexpensive and convenient ... use with warm water or your favorite diaper wash (like Kissaluvs Diaper Lotion Potion), toss into the diaper pail and wash with diapers. These wipes are one-ply unbleached, undyed knit terry. The have terry loops that handle nasty messes and a"smooth" side has slight texture to aid in clean-up. They are thicker than flannel wipes, but not as thick and cumbersome as regular washcloths. They are 8x8", a perfect fit for hands. Fold in half for wipes containers. Best of all these wipes make terrific small boosters or doublers for newborn diapers. No extra cost, and no wasted space on the changing table. Such a deal!

Now available in Organic as well! They are hand sewn from unbleached, dye free, organic fabric. Soft loop terry on one side with a gentle knit on the back. Made from a mix of Certified Organic Cotton and natural Hemp material. They are not as thick as Kissaluvs Terry wipes so better for more delicate jobs! Made in the USA!

Instructions: Shake well. Spray on baby's bottom or wipe. Wipe off ... or not. Couldn't be easier!
Note: For significant rashes, you may want to use a heavier barrier cream for baby's comfort.
Other uses: You will find a myriad of other uses for this gentle, effective spray. A quick spritz soothes minor cuts and skin irritations (e.g., sunburns, insect bites). Potion makes a wonderful, moisturizing pick-me-up spray for mom, too.

Concentrate:
4-oz makes 8 Diaper Lotion Potion spray refills or up to 15 wipe solutions.
Ingredients: ojoba oil infused with chamomile(softens, hydrates), Lavender essential oil (healing, fragrant), Tea Tree essential oil (soothes antibacterial).
To use: Shake well. To refill Diaper Lotion Potion spray bottle, add 1 Tablespoon concentrate to 1/2 cup witch hazel. For larger containers, mix 1 oz concentrate to 1 cup witch hazel.
Other uses: Mix or blend a squirt or two of concentrate with distilled water* as a diaper wipe solution. Add a dash or two to running water for an exquisite bath experience for baby... or you!
Notes: We specifically formulated the concentrate as a gentle, all-natural product, but we still recommend that it not be used full strength on baby's delicate skin. Always dilute with distilled water* or witch hazel before use.
* When mixing with distilled water, you lose the preservative action of the witch hazel, so be sure to use the water-based mix within two weeks.

About our Ingredients and Formulas

Simple ingredients, each serving a purpose. Each completely natural. No artificial anything. No silly dilution to water down the cost. Just primo ingredients in the right concentrations and blends for tender baby skin. Not overwhelming, but definitely not wimpy.

Witch Hazel (Diaper Lotion Potion only)
Extracted from tree bark, witch hazel helps decreases inflammation, and soothes irritated skin. We use it in the herb form so we can get it's wonderful properties without having to use any nasty preservatives like alcohol or methylparaben.

Jojoba Infused with Chamomile
A non-allergenic liquid ester very similar to that produced by our own skin. Won't go rancid or develop odd smells like lesser oils. Washes away cleanly and easily from skin and fabrics. Won't clog pores, either. Wonderful stuff, jojoba oil.

Lavender Essential Oil
Well known for gentle and powerful skin healing properties, as well as the ability to induce calm. Smells lovely, too.

Tea Tree Essential Oil
Powerful natural antiseptic with anti-fungal and anti-viral properties. We use just enough to be helpful, not overpowering.

Cosmocil CQ
Also known as Polyaminopropyl Biguanide, it is an effective broad spectrum, fast-acting bactericide. A food grade preservative, most commonly used in eye lens solutions, it is FDA approved. This is only present in the spray, not the concentrate, which does not need it. If you want to avoid this ingredient simply purchase the concentrate and mix it up fresh for yourself!

Even the Bottles Are Carefully Chosen
They are designed to retain the power of the essential oils, which in lesser containers can leach and dissipate quickly. The oval shape is easy to grab and hold. They are durable, with no glass to break or fall into (or out of!) the wrong hands. The cobalt blue bottles are also pretty enough to grace the most elegant counters and changing tables. Formulated and mixed in the USA, in small batches and with great attention to quality and detail.

Just spray onto baby's bottom to soothe minor rashes and skin irritations, or to clean and refresh.

A pail liner to hold soiled diapers is a must for cloth diapering. And, here is a great one for you- that provides non- wicking, bacteria-free and odor-control storage! Made from a high quality PUL (poly urethane laminate) fabric with a special anti-microbial* effect, the Kissaluvs Antibacterial Pail Liner™ lets your diapers sit another day or so, worry free, without collecting gunk!
