Baby Greens Hemp Hourglass Day Doublers

When extra absorbency is needed, these doublers are thirsty yet trim. The great hourglass shape contours to baby's body and fits perfectly into any diaper. Baby Greens Hourglass Doublers are constructed of three layers of fleece knit.

FunOrganic! Organic Fleece Doublers

Kissaluvs

Super Soaker Doubler detail Kissaluvs Doublers size comparison Kissaluvs doublers are an absorbent combo of Kissaluvs’s special cotton fleece/terry combo.
Booster Doublers- Nicely absorbent without excessive bulk, these doublers are one layer of unbleached knit terry, another of soft cotton fleece (color indicates fleece color) and slightly tapered for easy fit between baby's legs. They fit in any size diaper, perfect for Kissaluvs size 0! They are 11" long, 4" at widest point.
Super Soaker Doublers-Now thirstier than ever! Diaper doubler royalty ... thick, absorbent, soft two layers of hearty unbleached knit terry with a third layer of soft and absorbent cotton fleece. Twice the weight (and absorbency) of our Booster Doubler they are slightly tapered for easy fit between baby's legs. They measure 12-1/2" long, 5" at widest point.

No polyester on top means you can fold it in half and put it all in the wet zone! And the booster doubler works great as a wingless menstrual pad!

Polar Babies

These wonderful doublers have the perfect combination of super-absorbency hemp fleece with a stay-dry microfleece stay-dry liner. Hemp is so absorbent it will wick urine away from skin and the Malden Mills fleece will keep it away. These doublers are made for your heavy wetter and are the trimmest doublers I have seen. They are a contoured 12 3 /4” x 7”.

SMJAE Hemp Insert/Doublers

These doublers/inserts are made with 3 layers of hemp/cotton fabrics. They are perfect for stuffing in your pocket diapers or to use in your cloth diapers for extra wetness protection. These doublers are made extra long because they will shrink as much as 1.5-2 inches when washed and dried 3 times. All the calculations have been carefully taken into consideration when making each size doubler/insert.
The XSmall is 11 x 4 and will shrink down to approx. 9-9.5 x 4
The Small is 13 x 4.5 and will shrink down to approx. 11.5-11 x 4.5
The Medium is 15 x 5 and will shrink to approx. 13-13.5 x 5
The Large size is 17 x 5 and will shrink to approx. 15-15.5 x 5

Swaddlebee Bamboo Doubler

3 layers of thirsty bamboo terry/velour makes this a perfect addition when you need extra absorbency to your diapers. Simply lay on top of the diaper, add to the inserts in your favorite pocket diapers, or pair it with our Bamboo Prefold for the perfect combination.

Doublers measure 5"x12" and made with a blend of 56% bamboo, 24% organic cotton and 20% polyester for durability.

Swaddlebees Hemp Doubler

A one size hemp doubler made with 4 layers of organic cotton/hemp fleece. 13 inches long and 3.5 inches wide, it fits perfectly in between our hemp inserts, or underneath the quick-dry soakers of our fitted diapers. Expect some shrinkage in length.

Doublers are used to boost the absorbency of your pocket inserts, fitted diapers or prefolds. Because these doublers are not wide and long enough, they are not meant to be used alone as inserts in pocket diapers.

Thirsties Fab Doublers

Thirsties Fab Doublers add additional absorption capabilities to your existing cloth diapering system without adding tremendous bulk. Made from 3 layers of luxuriously soft Cotton Velour, you will find that these are exactly what your baby needs to sleep comfortably through the night without leaks.

Adding a Thirsties Fab Doubler into a Thirsties Pocket All-In-One is simple. Flip open the pocket of the diaper and insert the doubler. Reverse the pocket opening and wrap diaper around baby.

When adding to Thirsties Fab Fitted diapers, tuck the doubler into your Thirsties Diaper Cover. Wrap and fasten your diaper around baby first and then add the doubler and cover.

Available in an assortment of coordinating Thirsties colors. Boy colors have no Raspberry or Lavender. Girl colors have Lavender or Raspberry included. Machine wash warm or hot. Hang to Dry or Dry in Dryer. Made in the USA.

Liners

Wool Liners

I define doublers as something absorbent you can add to a diaper and a liner as something not absorbent added for its stay dry effect. Wool Liners fall somewhere inbetween as they are mildly absorbent but their real power is in increasing the effectiveness of the cover if put below the absorbent layers next to the cover, or pushing the doublers to hold more if put below doublers but above the dipaer. Used properly wool liners can be amazing. If you are looking for a new solution to your leaking problems give Wool Liners a try!

SMJAE Hand Crocheted Wool Liners

Hand Crocheted 100% Pure Virgin Wool Liners make your diapers and doublers work harder! Many diapering families are discovering the benefits to adding wool as a natural, breathable barrier in their cloth diapering systems. The lanolin in wool makes it naturally water repellant and the wool fibers allow it to absorb 30% of its weight in moisture before even feeling damp. One of wool's benefits is that it is naturally antimicrobial, so it remains odor free and only requires laundering on occasion or if it becomes soiled. These wool liners come felted and can be machine washed care in the gentle cycle. It is our experience with these wool liners that if you use heavy agitation they will shrink, but if you wash them gently they will wash up just fine.Wool liners can help extend the life of your current diapering system. It is possible if the wool liner has not been soiled to simply change the doublers on top of the wool liner once they have absorbed completely and not even have to change the diaper.

These wool liners have been felted and they are ready for immediate use. To use your wool liner you simply place the wool liner under your doublers that you already use. The wool liners acts as a natural barrier and forces the doublers on top of the wool to absorb to their full capacity, once the doublers have absorbed to their full capacity the wool liner will absorb what it can and then eventually the diaper will have to absorb after the doublers and wool liners are soaked. These are a wonderful addition to any night time diapering system and can even help stop leaks with heavy wetters. No more leaking cloth diaper! If you've been looking for a solution to your heavy wetter, leaking cloth diapers and night time cloth diapering, you should give wool liners a try. You can also use these in your pocket diapering system! Simply place the wool liner behind your doublers/inserts, next to the PUL and you will be amazed!

Hemp Babies™ Raw Silk Liner

Silk is the only 100% natural wicking material able to help keep little bottoms drier. Silk has natural anti-bacterial properties that may keep yeast and diaper rash at bay. 100% raw silk. Liner measures 5" x 12".

Fleece Diaper Liners

Stay dry liners that are made of plush, comfortable fleece wick wetness away from bum and into the absorbent diaper. Fleece liners ensure easy clean-ups as well! Solids will slide off easily and our liners will protect your baby’s diaper from being damaged by creams and ointments. They help reduce stains on your diapers and poo falls right off them instead of sticking to your diapers making diaper changing that much easier! Layer on top of any cloth diaper for that stay dry feeling. Can also be used for laying in pocket diapers when you have to use diaper creams to prevent diaper cream buildup on your diapers!

*Frugal tip-Cut your own from polar fleece you buy at the fabric store. Just be sure the fleece does not have any water resistant or repellant finishes added! The Malden Mills fleece we use for these liners is a lot more expensive then other polar fleeces because it will hold up to frequent washing with less pilling and roughness then other polar fleeces. But any fleece will work. No sewing is needed because polar fleece does not fray!

Bummis Fleece Liners

These fleece liners are super soft and breathable, and especially great for night time comfort. They are made from Repreve – “more than recycled” polyester! It’s all about giving back … Repreve is a member of 1% For The Planet, an alliance of businesses that donate at least 1% of their annual revenues to environmental organizations worldwide. See Repreve .com for more information. Using Repreve polyester is part of our efforts to be a responsible manufacturer creating sustainable products at home in North America. As with all our products, the Fleece Liners are guaranteed lead, phthalate and BPA free. Our lovely minimalist packaging is environmentally friendly; made of chlorine free recycled fibres.

Disposable Liners

Disposable liners make using cloth diapers even easier! When poop gets messy (think transitional poo!) these will make cloth diapering easy. Please note that the flushing of any biodegradable diaper liner may cause blockage in old or damaged drains and in sensitive septic systems. We do not recommend flushing any liners at any time due to risk of blockage.

I now offer the choice of two great brands. The difference between them seems to be that the Bummis Bio-Soft Liners seem to decompose faster. If you are going to risk flushing (which I am too fearful to recommend) then decomposing faster is what you want. If you are not flushing (which is safer) then the more durable Imse Vimse liners may appeal to you more. Both brands are soft.

Imse Vimse

When diapering gets messy (think: transitional poops!), these disposable liners simplify cleanup. They are as soft as rice paper, yet are durable enough to withstand several washings. Other brands can be rough on scratch next to babies tender skin. Wet liners can be washed and reused (best not to dry in machine). They are the softest disposable liners I have seen. Imported from Imse Vimse in Sweden. (Even though they are called Rice Paper Liners they are not made from rice.)
These liners are sold to me as flushable and biodegradable, but since I had a customer have plumbing problems (probably not related to these liners but they did get caught on something and cause a mess!) I only recommend flushing them at your own risk. They go through several washes so they obviously do not degrade too quickly!
These are the large size, cut them in half and have twice as many to use on smaller babies!

Please note: These are not the liners really made from Rice! They will not stick to baby or dissolve like papers made from rice do. Also they are the Toddler size, you cut them to a smaller size for smaller babies so a package of 100 is actually a package of 200 if you are cutting them in half!

Bummis Bio-Soft liners

Bio-soft liners are flushable diaper liners that make clean-up a breeze – this product is the perfect compromise between convenience and cloth diapers. No more rinsing poopy diapers in the toilet! Bio-soft liners absorb the solid waste - and then you simply discard the soiled liner in the toilet and flush away the mess. They are non-irritating and ever so soft and comfortable against baby's sensitive skin.

Our new Bio-soft liners are made of a non woven material with no binder, and will biodegrade very quickly (within 8 days in a sewage treatment system or 20 days in a septic tank). They are 100% viscose rayon, a cellulosic fibre derived from natural sources, and are made to our specifications in England.

Large: 7.5 x 12 inches

Please note that the flushing of any biodegradable diaper liner may cause blockage in old or damaged drains and in sensitive septic systems. Please discard pee soaked liners in the garbage and to let the soiled liners soak a few minutes in the toilet before flushing just so that they absorb water and break down a bit before they are released into the system.
